About the Opportunity We are partnering with a high-growth, well-known fashion and lifestyle company seeking a Payroll Specialist to support its distribution center during its busy peak season. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced payroll environment and is comfortable supporting a large hourly workforce. Schedule Candidates must be comfortable working one of the following schedules: Thursday-Monday | 3:30 PM-12:00 AM Friday-Tuesday | 3:30 PM-12:00 AM Fully onsite in Santa Fe Springs, CA Weekend availability is required Responsibilities Process accurate and timely biweekly payroll for 3,500+ employees , with additional seasonal headcount during peak periods Support payroll for hourly full-time, hourly part-time, salaried, and temporary employees Review timekeeping records and partner with managers to resolve missing or inaccurate hours Process final paychecks and payroll adjustments Handle shift differentials and other payroll-related updates Maintain employee payroll records, including pay rate, status, and schedule changes Assist new hires with required documentation and timekeeping enrollment Ensure payroll is processed in compliance with company policies and applicable federal and state regulations Research and resolve payroll discrepancies Handle confidential employee and payroll information with discretion Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish required 2+ years of payroll processing experience Hands-on experience with full-cycle payroll Comfortable working in a high-volume environment with a large hourly workforce Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management Preferred ADP Workforce Now (ADP WFN) experience ADP Workforce Manager/timekeeping experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Why Consider This Opportunity?
