Friday Hours:
8:00 AM to 5:00
PM Pay Rate:
$23.00+ per hour, depending on experience

Ontario, CA 91761 •

Job Responsibilities:
Enter payroll for multiple states and different time zones Process off-cycle payrolls for immediate terminations Review payroll data and reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies Document and maintain payroll and payroll-related procedures Respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner Perform additional tasks assigned by management Process garnishments, deductions, and adjustments in accordance with regulations Maintain and update employee payroll records Generate payroll-related reports for management and compliance audits Assist in the preparation of year-end tax documents and filings Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll taxes and other regulatory filings
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll Working knowledge of federal and state payroll laws High level of commitment to detail and data integrity Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of
