In this vital role, you will manage payroll operations, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, along with Human Resources Management. Your expertise will help streamline payroll workflows, enhance data accuracy, and uphold the integrity of our payroll and human resources systems. Duties Process payroll and manage employee timecard system Recruiting and staffing Regulatory compliance and reporting Employee orientation, development and training Employee relations management Compensation and benefits management Experience Proven experience in payroll and human resources management or related fields with a strong understanding of employment & labor law compliance.
Minimum experience required:
7-10 years experience working in HR and payroll. Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding processes, and employee development program. Proficient in payroll processing - ADP Workforce Now is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Word & Excel. Knowledge of benefits administration including health plans, retirement options, and leave policies like FMLA. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization. Hiring, terminations, benefits administration, performance management, compensation and wage structure, and employment law Ability to navigate complex HR issues such as conflict management, affirmative action planning, and organizational change initiatives confidently.
