Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a bilingual Payroll Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This role supports payroll and attendance functions in a fast-paced automotive and parts manufacturing environment and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with ADP Workforce Now experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish. The Payroll Clerk will help ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain attendance records, support employee inquiries, and contribute to a reliable and efficient HR and payroll operation. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and being part of a supportive office team with strong leadership and long-term career potential. Key Responsibilities
- Process and support payroll activities using ADP Workforce Now.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and assist with timekeeping updates.
- Respond to employee payroll and attendance questions in English and Spanish.
- Review payroll information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures.
- Prepare and maintain payroll-related reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Support HR and payroll team members in a fast-paced office environment. Compensation and Benefits
