Your responsibilities will include:
Payroll Management :
Oversee the preparation, documentation, distribution, and reconciliation of domestic and international payrolls for employees across multiple jurisdictions. Audit timesheets. Calculate and record payroll deductions and taxable benefits.
Auditing and Compliance :
Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and international regulations, as well as adherence to company policies. Stay up to date on payroll legislation and labor laws, implementing changes to maintain compliance.
Reporting and Analysis :
Generate ad hoc and custom reports tailored to the needs of internal and external stakeholders, including leadership and auditors. Complete state labor surveys and requests for verification of employment and income. Collaborate with finance and HR teams to reconcile payroll data with accounting and financial records.
Employee Support and Communication :
Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to employees and management. Educate employees on payroll policies, tax forms, and self-service tools to improve their understanding and engagement.
Documentation and Process Improvement :
