Job Description

Part-Time Payroll Coordinator Location:
Warehouse Office Pay:
$20.00 per hour We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll Coordinator to support payroll and timekeeping operations at our warehouse.
Schedule:
Saturday:
4-hour shift (6:00 AM start)
Sunday:
8-hour shift (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
Monday:
8-hour shift (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
Tuesday:
8-hour shift (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
Wednesday:
4-hour shift (6:00 AM start)
Please Note:
Shift end times may vary based on production needs. On some days, shifts may end earlier if production is completed ahead of schedule.
Responsibilities:
Review and correct missed or inaccurate employee punches. Prepare daily time and attendance reports. Obtain daily time and attendance approval from warehouse management. Follow up on missing punches, attendance issues, and timecard discrepancies. Prepare and organize all payroll forms every Sunday for payroll processing. Ensure payroll information is accurate and submitted on time. Maintain confidential employee and payroll records. Assist employees and supervisors with payroll and timekeeping questions. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous payroll, timekeeping, or administrative experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems is a plus. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
