We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with UKG experience to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. This role will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, maintaining payroll records, assisting with reconciliations, and supporting compliance with company policies and payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll for employees on a weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly basisManage payroll changes including new hires, terminations, bonuses, deductions, and garnishmentsReconcile payroll reports and assist with month-end close activitiesMaintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracyRespond to employee questions related to pay, taxes, and deductionsAssist with payroll tax reporting and compliancePartner with HR and accounting teams to resolve payroll discrepanciesUtilize UKG for payroll processing, reporting, and record maintenance
