Responsibilities:

Prepares, ensures accuracy, and submits in a timely manner the final payroll on a bi-weekly basis. Receives and compiles all bi-weekly and quarterly payroll reports. Responsible for posting positions and reviewing applications received. Schedules and conducts new employee orientations and ensures all required background checks are performed, drug testing is scheduled and payroll documentation completed as required by law. Oversees employee benefits and helps evaluate benefit renewals during annual open enrollment. Maintains and reconciles PTO, sick, and other paid time off for each employee and assists with accrued PTO and other payroll journal entries in QuickBooks. Serves as the primary contact for payroll and benefits inquiries. Verify all HR/payroll related invoices. Maintains and routinely reviews employee personnel files to ensure completion and accuracy.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED 12 months related experience
