High SchoolResponsibilities Process full-cycle weekly and bi-weekly payroll using ADP, auditing timecards and allocating labor costs across active project job codes in Sage. Execute year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation, payroll tax reconciliations, and audit support.

Coordinate recruitment and onboarding:

post requisitions, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and process pre-employment screening and compliance documents (I-9, E-Verify, W-4). Administer employee benefits in Employee Navigator, including new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, open enrollment, and PTO/leave tracking. Maintain accurate employee records across systems and serve as the primary point of contact for frontline employees and managers on pay, benefits, and HR policies.
