Provide functional and technical payroll expertise during the implementation of Oracle HCM Partner with Payroll, HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to design and configure payroll processes Ensure payroll system configurations meet business objectives, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards Lead and support testing efforts, including parallel payroll testing and system validation Support report writing, data analysis, and troubleshooting payroll-related issues Manage multiple priorities while leading cross-functional initiatives Support system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing payroll operations Required Qualifications of the
