Payroll & Billing Specialist Giddens Security Corporation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll & Billing Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time Manage client billing, invoices, and account reconciliation Track hours, contracts, and compliance documentation Communicate with management and clients regarding billing/payroll inquiries Maintain organized financial records and reports

Qualifications:

Experience in payroll, billing, or accounting (preferred) OR a College degree and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with spreadsheets and payroll software Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Strong communication and problem-solving skills
