Job Description

Payroll Specialist Temp-to-Perm | In-Office | $25-26/hour based on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Start:

ASAP A fast-growing organization is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations in a collaborative, high-energy environment. This temp-to-perm role offers strong growth potential, competitive pay with the opportunity for an increase upon conversion, and exposure to broader accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

Assist with accurate weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing Maintain payroll records and respond to employee pay, deduction, and benefits inquiries Partner with Payroll, Accounting, and HR teams to reconcile payroll data Support additional accounting tasks as the role expands

Qualifications:

1-3 years of payroll, accounting, or HR support experience Familiarity with payroll systems/HRIS (ADP and/or SAMPro a plus) Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
