•About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Payroll Consulting Specialist to support clients with accurate and timely payroll processing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A bilingual candidate fluent in French would be ideal for this position. Responsibilities Support clients with payroll processing and service requests Research and resolve payroll-related questions and issues Perform basic payroll analysis, reporting, and audits Assist with quarter-end and year-end payroll activities Participate in client calls and special projects Maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines Provide professional, responsive customer service Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience in payroll, customer service, HR, benefits, financial services, or application support Payroll experience, particularly multi-state payroll, is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities Flexibility to work extended hours during peak payroll periods and year-end French/English bilingual skills strongly preferred Preferred Knowledge of payroll processes, HR/payroll technology, tax principles, or wage and hour laws FPC or CPP certification
LMT Pay:
$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
