Payroll Administrator Associa - 3.2 Honolulu, HI Job Details $17.00 - $21.92 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Confidential information handling HR communication Phone communication Word embeddings Workplace dispute resolution High school diploma or GED Grammar Experience Full Job Description A Payroll Administrator is the person who is responsible for ensuring that all employees within an organization are paid in an accurate and timely fashion. This is a position which will generally work in an indoor office environment. This administrator will generally keep weekday, daytime hours, though some overtime or extended hours may be necessary. A Payroll Administrator will generally work with other office personnel, as well as accounting and human resources personnel. Job Duties and Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: Enter changes to employee payroll records. Communicate with employees regarding changes in salary, benefits, etc.  Handle voluntary and involuntary deductions. Calculate, key, total, and balance substitute payrolls. Create reports for information pertaining to payroll. Other duties as assigned.
Salary Range:
$17-$21.92
Requirements:
Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level. Knowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.). Knowledge of Human Resource and administrative policies and procedures. Knowledge of company policies, procedures and forms. Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level. Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.). Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level. Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities. Calculate figures and amounts such as commissions, and percentages. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED Required 3 - 5 years of directly related or closely related experience
Salary Range:
$17-$21.92 depending on experience
