We're looking for an HR/Payroll Coordinator who is proactive, driven, and passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience. What You'll Do Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Partner with leaders to monitor staffing needs and proactively manage open positions. Support recruiting efforts, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Maintain employee records and HR systems with precision and confidentiality. Assist leaders with HR-related questions, policies, and best practices. Qualifications Experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of payroll processes, employment practices, and HR systems. Requirements:
Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration preferred. Licenses/Certification
PHR/SPHR
certification preferred. Experience One-year human resources and/or payroll experience required; Six months experience in a health care environment preferred.
