Job Description

Job Description Our Payroll Clerk and Office Assistant is a part time position that is primarily responsible for processing weekly payroll for all TSI locations and employees. This position is also responsible for various office administrative tasks.

Part time, 20 - 24 hours per week

In Person. Truck Service, Inc Headquarters located at 3140 W Morris St, Indianapolis, IN 46241 Duties and Responsibilities (Payroll Clerk) Process all weekly, biweekly and special payrolls via ADP TotalSource. Validate and ensure the accuracy of all payroll processing. Monitor and maintain employee house account deductions and ensure accuracy. Duties and Responsibilities (Office Assistant) Maintain physical and digital employee personnel files Various physical record filing as needed Preparation and mailing of documents to other locations as needed Maintain office supplies inventory Assist with promotional material ordering and inventory control Qualifications Proficient with ADP TotalSource payroll system Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word Proficient with Google Workspace Email, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Chat Experience with accounting software preferred Strong verbal and written communication Effective time management Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and take initiative Deadline and detail-oriented United States work authorization (Required) GED or High School Degree Weekday, dayshift 20 to 24 hours per week
