Payroll Specialist - A Hands-On Role with Variety, Teamwork, and Opportunity Looking for a payroll opportunity where accuracy matters, teamwork is important, and no two days are exactly the same? You'll bring your payroll experience to a collaborative environment while working with established systems and helping support a transition to new technology.

What You'll Do:

Process and support payroll activities in a multi-state environment Handle certified payroll and payroll-related responsibilities Work with payroll systems and related software Support the integration of a new payroll system Research and resolve payroll questions and discrepancies Maintain accuracy while managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring:

2+ years of payroll and/or accounting-related experience Certified payroll and/or union payroll experience preferred Familiarity with payroll software and systems Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Strong time management and organizational skills Positive, flexible, team-oriented approach Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable If you're an experienced payroll professional who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, and being part of a team that knows how to work hard and have fun, we'd love to hear from you.
