Retirement Plan Employee Assistance Program Responsibilities:
Calculates earnings from timesheets or individual timecards and posts calculated data on payroll sheets. May assist in preparing and distributing paychecks. Calculates and posts employee earnings including overtime Calculates vacation and sick pay Process individual salary rate adjustments or other changes affecting employee payroll status including new hires, transfers, layoffs, terminations, paid or unpaid leaves of absence and related actions Maintains required payroll files and records May consist of making entries, updating, and maintaining employee records within the Payroll system
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior ADP and excel experience preferred Minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance Excellent oral and written communication skills #BYHCIND
