Job Description

Job Overview AIU LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR & Payroll Coordinator to support our daily HR and payroll operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee payroll, timekeeping, onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records. Responsibilities Process employee payroll accurately and on time Manage employee attendance and timekeeping records Enter and maintain payroll and HR data Coordinate subcontractor payroll documentation and records Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation Maintain employee personnel files and confidential records Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel Communicate with employees regarding payroll and attendance Perform general HR administrative duties as assigned Skills Process employee payroll accurately and on time Manage employee attendance and timekeeping records Enter and maintain payroll and HR data Coordinate subcontractor payroll documentation and records Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation Maintain employee personnel files and confidential records Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel Communicate with employees regarding payroll and attendance Perform general HR administrative duties as assigned Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, payroll tax regulations, and compliance standards Skilled in spreadsheets (Excel), accounting software (QuickBooks), and financial analysis tools Familiarity with accounting concepts including double entry bookkeeping, journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, debits & credits Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while managing multiple priorities efficiently
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
