• Responsibilities:

• + Manage daily payroll operations using ADP eTime, including reviewing timecards, resolving exceptions, and processing payroll adjustments.

+ Reconcile employee hours, production data, and incentive pay to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance. + Maintain payroll records, generate reports, and support payroll audits while tracking union dues and payroll-related documentation. + Partner with supervisors, employees, and HR to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with union agreements and company policies.

• Requirements:

• + At least 1 year of experience with ADP eTime or similar payroll/timekeeping systems.

+ At least 1 year of experience working in a union environment. + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and spreadsheet management. + Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
