Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position. Quickbooks experience not required Proficient in Microsoft Office products (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel). Bank reconciliation Process payroll filings Set up employee taxes and direct deposit Customer service Must possess professional and strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Ability to work effectively as a team member Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to multitask Must be able to take initiative to ensure that all work is completed in a timely, neat, organized manner Verifies that all data entry is entered accurately Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
