ALUMINUM CASTING PRESS OPERATOR

-2nd SHIFT Join our team as an Aluminum Casting Press Operator, where you'll play a key role in producing high-quality die-cast components using advanced high-pressure casting equipment. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do:

Operate high-pressure aluminum casting presses to meet production and quality targets Monitor castings and identify defects or irregularities Troubleshoot die issues and communicate concerns to leadership Perform minor die repairs and assist with die and sleeve changes Follow standardized work instructions and shop floor processes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (7-S standards) Collaborate with team members and support continuous production flow

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED Manufacturing experience preferred (casting, metal forming, or automotive environment a plus) Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced production setting Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed Commitment to safety and quality standards Why Join Us?
