Senior Certified Payroll Analyst Salary:
$90,000 - $110,000
Location:
Rockville, MD Office Situation:
Hybrid - 4 days per week in-office

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Certified Payroll and prevailing wage compliance for government contracts Ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon Act (DBA), Service Contract Act (SCA), and Department of Labor regulations Process and review certified payroll reports accurately and on time Support weekly and biweekly payroll processing Prepare payroll reconciliations, journal entries, and payroll-related reporting Process union payroll and union remittances Partner with internal teams to improve payroll workflows and compliance processes Serve as a trusted payroll compliance resource across the organization
Qualifications:
5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience Certified Payroll experience Strong knowledge of Davis-Bacon Act (DBA), Service Contract Act (SCA), and prevailing wage compliance Experience independently processing payroll from start to finish Strong payroll reconciliation experience Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
Preferred:
