Job Description:

Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a growing organization to locate their next Payroll Administrator .

Location:

Warren, Michigan (100% On-site)

Compensation:

$24/hr- $26/hr

Weekly Payroll Processing:

Support payroll processing for 1,000+ hourly and salaried employees across multiple states •

Payroll Coordination & Accuracy:

Review timesheets, resolve discrepancies, and communicate directly with managers and field leadership regarding payroll issues, bonuses, and adjustments •

Administrative & Team Support:

Maintain payroll records, assist with reporting, and partner with payroll and HR teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Who are you? •

Payroll Professional:

2-3 years of payroll experience with exposure to high-volume or weekly payroll environments •

Detail-Oriented & Organized:

Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and urgency in a fast-paced setting •

Team-Focused Communicator:
