Competencies:
The potential employee must meet data entry deadlines; ability to demonstrate a high level of organization skills in addition to maintaining agency confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Employee maintenance Scan and upload employee completed maintenance Enter and verify new hire documentation Assist with biweekly payroll (approx. 2000 staff) Assist with employee phone call with questions Employee reimbursements Entering garnishments into UltiPro Back up to Payroll Specialist Special projects as assigned by

Philosophy Qualifications:
Associates Degree and/or payroll experience required; Experience working with Ulti-Pro Software preferred; Must have very strong Excel and Microsoft Office Skills Valid Driver's License.
