Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support accurate and timely payroll operations for an organization in Wayne Pennsylvania. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who is confident managing end-to-end payroll activities across multiple states while maintaining compliance and precision. The right candidate will bring strong experience with high-volume payroll processing and the ability to work effectively within ADP Workforce Now.
Responsibilities:
  • Process full-cycle payroll from data review through final distribution for a workforce of more than 500 employees.
  • Administer multi-state payroll activities while applying federal, state, and local payroll regulations accurately.
  • Review payroll records, earnings, deductions, taxes, and adjustments to ensure complete and error-free processing.
  • Use ADP Workforce Now to maintain employee payroll information, execute payroll runs, and generate supporting reports.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, responding to questions from employees and internal partners in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile payroll-related data and confirm accuracy between timekeeping, employee records, and payroll outputs.
  • Support compliance with internal controls, reporting requirements, and payroll documentation standards.
  • Assist with payroll-related process updates or system-related changes as needed within the scope of ongoing operations.
