PAYDAY HCM
Job Class:
Non-Exempt Reports to: Client Services Manager The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll and generating related reports for Payday HCM clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates with clients to ensure payroll information is submitted by established deadlines. Generates and prioritizes payroll runs and related registers. Reviews clients' documents for missing or incomplete data, makes appropriate corrections and brings discrepancies and errors to the attention of the appropriate person as needed. Inputs data to generate reports as requested by clients. Provides ongoing customer service, training, and issue resolution for clients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
): 2+ years high volume payroll experience Solid understanding of payroll concepts and payroll accounting Basic understanding of payroll taxes and deductions Ability to manually calculate a payroll check Intermediate working knowledge of Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Experience with iSolved, a huge plus.
