This role is critical to keeping our office organized, compliant, and running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Oversee all office operations and administrative staff Process payroll and certified payroll accurately and on time Manage QuickBooks for payroll, billing, and bookkeeping (required) Pay bills, manage invoicing, and maintain financial records Support HR functions including onboarding and employee records Manage calendars, phones, vendors, and office workflow Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Use Excel and Word for reports, spreadsheets, and documentation Requirements QuickBooks experience is required Construction industry background is required Experience with payroll and certified payroll Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Join a growing construction company where your skills and leadership will make a real impact.
