Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist and Office Assistant to join our team. This vital role combines payroll management with office administrative support, ensuring accurate compensation processing and effective operations. You will play a key part in maintaining compliance, payroll procedures, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Duties End-to-end payroll processing using QuickBooks online software Perform data entry and tasks related to payroll, administration, and onboarding. Maintain and update QuickBooks online to ensure employee records are current and compliant with company policies. Assist in administration by processing enrollments, changes, and terminations while providing excellent support to employees. Ability to Support in invoice processing and tracking within accounting software QuickBooks Conduct analysis of payroll data for discrepancies or errors, applying technical accounting principles Collaborate with the Office Manager on recruitment support, onboarding processes, and maintaining compliance Requirements Proven experience with payroll management Strong understanding of payroll concepts Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks Online Familiarity with operational processes and procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail for data accuracy and compliance monitoring Familiarity with work management systems Proficient in Microsoft programs Ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently Strong communication skills to support the administrative office effectively and collaborate across departments.
Pay:
