This is a great opportunity for someone with construction payroll experience, particularly in a union environment, who has hands-on experience with certified payroll and enjoys working in a detailed, deadline-driven environment. Compensation & Benefits $70,000
- 80,000 salary Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) and company benefits Key Responsibilities Process weekly payroll for union and non-union employees Manage payroll from timekeeping through final processing Prepare and submit certified payroll reports Review employee timecards and resolve discrepancies Interpret union agreements, wage rates, and benefit requirements Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and benefits Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and union payroll requirements Reconcile payroll and investigate discrepancies Maintain accurate employee and payroll records Respond to employee, project team, and union payroll questions Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and year-end processes Qualifications 2+ years of payroll experience Construction payroll experience strongly preferred Union payroll experience required Certified payroll experience required Timing is everything.
