•Critical Role Supporting Inventory, Warranty & Operations At Beaverton Motorcycles, we believe great operations are built by great people. As a Parts Administrator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Parts Department through accurate inventory management, warranty processing, returns administration, and parts reconciliation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys working behind the scenes to drive efficiency, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results through attention to detail. Extensive knowledge (and a great passion) for motorcycles, ATVs, and other Powersports is a BIG plus!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Invoice & Order Processing Code invoices and reconcile received quantities and amounts Scan coded invoices into Yooz and Ramp Place daily OEM parts orders Track and update customer parts orders Returns & Shipping Create and submit OEM stock, customer, and warranty part returns Create and submit aftermarket customer and warranty part returns Ship customer orders and returns via UPS and USPS Inventory Control Perform regular inventory cycle counts and inventory preparation Research and resolve part quantity discrepancies Maintain organization of parts storage and bin locations Warranty Support Serve as backup for warranty filing as needed Return requested warranty parts promptly Maintain warranty parts stocking levels Additional Expectations Maintain clear, accurate records for all transactions and inventory movements Lightspeed experience will bring you to the front of the line Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve discrepancies Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Additional duties as requested This job posting in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed in these roles.
