Office Administrator (Payroll / AP & AR)
Location:
Clackamas, OR (Onsite)

Our client is a well-established company in the building materials industry with multiple locations across the Pacific Northwest. This is a small, tight-knit office where teamwork and reliability are key. If you're someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being a go-to person in the office, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do:
Process payroll accurately and on time Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Utilize SAGE software for accounting functions Answer incoming calls and assist customers/vendors Perform general clerical duties (filing, data entry, document management) Support daily office operations and coordinate with other locations Maintain organized financial and administrative records What's In It for
