Job Description

Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy. Employees | Value | Execution | Relationships We are seeking motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented candidates with previous payroll experience to join our dynamic, high-volume, weekly-processing team. If you enjoy working with numbers and are passionate about payroll, we invite you to apply today! A working knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes, at a level normally acquired through an associate degree in business administration or accounting; and 2 years' experience in payroll. Experience with certified payroll. Certified Payroll Professional certificate. Working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding payroll. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge in the use of Adobe PDF and advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Strong ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal and external customers. Accurate punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills are essential. Must maintain highly confidential and sensitive information. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding payroll. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge in the use of Adobe PDF and advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Wage range:
$28 - 30 hourly. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k with company match. Paid Time Off (PTO) Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
