Overview Join our dynamic team as a Payroll Coordinator and become a vital part of our financial operations! Senior Payroll Coordinator What You'll Be Doing Process and support full-cycle payroll for 500+ employees Support weekly and biweekly payroll cycles across multiple locations Process payroll for hourly, salaried, and union employee populations Review and apply overtime, shift differentials, deductions, garnishments, taxes, and other payroll adjustments Maintain accurate employee payroll information within ADP Reconcile payroll and prepare reports for Finance and HR Handle multi-state payroll requirements and ensure compliance with federal and state wage and hour regulations Respond to employee payroll questions and troubleshoot discrepancies Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2s and other reporting Support payroll audits, system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and opportunities to improve efficiency What We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience Full-cycle payroll experience supporting 500+ employees - REQUIRED ADP experience - REQUIRED Experience processing high-volume and/or multi-state payroll Strong understanding of payroll taxes, deductions, garnishments, overtime, and wage/hour regulations Strong Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently while partnering closely with
HR, Finance, and Operations Pay:
$28.43 - $34.24 per hour
