The payroll and benefits function plays a critical role in supporting a large, distributed workforce while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Position Overview The Payroll Administrator is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and support of employee benefits administration across multiple states. This role ensures payroll accuracy, maintains employee data within ADP Workforce, and partners closely with HR and Finance to support reporting, compliance, and employee experience. - Process bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple states
- Maintain employee records in ADP Workforce, including compensation, deductions, and benefits data
- Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Generate payroll reports and analyze discrepancies to ensure accuracy Qualifications (Payroll Administrator):
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience in an HRIS or payroll system
- Experience with multi-state payroll preferred
