Payroll Specialist Salary:
$60,000–$70,000 |

What You'll Do:
Own end-to-end payroll processing (bi-weekly) — wages, deductions, garnishments, and tax withholdings across multiple pay groups Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Reconcile payroll each cycle and partner with Accounting on GL entries and reporting Manage payroll-related onboarding/offboarding — new hire setup, terminations, pay changes Handle year-end payroll reporting, including W-2s and payroll tax filings Administer employee benefits (health, dental, retirement, leave) and serve as the main point of contact for payroll/benefits questions
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience Strong Excel skills and comfort working within payroll/HRIS systems Benefits administration and manufacturing industry experience are a plus, but not required. #
