Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative & Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This vital role combines administrative excellence with payroll management expertise to ensure seamless operations, compliance, and accuracy across all payroll and HR-related functions. As a key player in our organization, you will handle sensitive information with integrity while supporting the overall efficiency of our administrative processes. Your proactive approach and technical proficiency will contribute significantly to maintaining a compliant, efficient, and employee-focused workplace environment. Duties Manage and process payroll using ADP, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.. Handle sensitive information responsibly while managing confidential employee data in accordance with privacy policies. Assist in the administration of time & attendance systems like ADP or similar platforms to track employee hours accurately. Collaborate with HR teams to ensure proper onboarding, offboarding, and employment documentation procedures are followed. Support audits related to payroll tax filings, labor law compliance, and financial reporting requirements. Provide technical support for payroll systems, troubleshoot issues promptly, and liaise with vendors or IT teams when necessary. Qualifications Proven experience working with payroll systems such as ADP or equivalent platforms. Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Excellent analysis skills for data entry verification, account reconciliation, and financial reporting tasks. Ability to navigate spreadsheets efficiently for reporting purposes; experience with financial software is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
