This role is responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and assisting with benefits administration. At Coast, we support your success

Difference Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in processing bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll for 400+ employees Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation Support administration of benefits deductions, garnishments, and taxes Ensure compliance with Washington State labor laws, including paid sick leave and overtime requirements Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries in a timely and professional manner Prepare payroll reports for internal use and audits Assist with year-end processes, as needed (W-2s, audits, etc.) Qualifications 3+ years of payroll experience, required Familiarity with payroll software (ADP, Paycom, or similar systems) Basic understanding of payroll laws and regulations Experience with self-funded insurance plans, a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Strong communication and organizational skills; Positive team player Demonstrated integrity on personal as well as professional level; Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide with a high level of accuracy.
