$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Comprehensive Healthcare 100% employer paid premiums for employee and all eligible dependents Growth and Development Opportunities Generous Paid Time Off Benefits 401(k) and Profit Sharing per eligibility 50% Discount on Franz Products $25.00 - $28.00 per hour 100% employer paid premiums for employee and all eligible dependents Primary Duties and Responsibilities Process and review multi-state, weekly payroll for approximately 650 hourly employees. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local tax regulations. Supports, monitors and audits time keeping, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate wage calculations, along with other weekly functions including garnishments tracking and auditing time off accruals in accordance with CBA. Provides support and works effectively with HR, managers and employees regarding inquiries related to payroll, benefit deductions and taxes. Maintain payroll guidelines by ensuring policies and procedures are documented timely. Prepares reports and reconciliation for collective bargaining unit processing, including weekly and monthly union dues collection and payment. Data entry, data management and audit data within the UKG system. Support and adherence to Company's Core Values. Additional duties and/or responsibilities as assigned. Preferred Education/Experience 3+ years of recent payroll experience. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite and excel skills. Collective Bargaining Unit payroll. Knowledge of UKG PRO and Workforce Management system. Critical Skills and Expertise Working knowledge of state, federal and local tax regulations, and laws. Ability to relate to, lead, influence and coach team members within department. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting deadline with accuracy and timeliness, independently and with a team. Ability to adapt to a changing environment. Strong math, organizational and analytical skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Must have high attention to detail, and ability to guard highly confidential and sensitive information.
