Job Description

Payroll Clerk Location:

Charleston, WV, 25306

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1st Shift)

Pay Rate:

$14.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

Answering phones and directing calls Scheduling appointments Processing payroll through QuickBooks Emailing clients and responding to inquiries Maintaining organized office records and files May perform other duties as required

Job Requirements:

Must be proficient in QuickBooks Must understand tax regulations and codes Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Attention to detail and accuracy required Ability to work independently and follow instructions
