The Member Loan Specialist is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

Sales and Service - Originate, process, and fund consumer loans (auto, credit card, personal, home equity) while meeting production goals. Evaluate member financial needs to cross-sell deposit products, loan protection, and partner services. Prepare, audit, and finalize all loan and title documentation with strict accuracy. New Account and Member Maintenance - Open and service retail and specialty accounts (Checking, Savings, Business, Trust, and Estate). Assist members with daily maintenance, direct deposits, and digital banking platforms across phone, email, and branch channels. Process routine teller transactions efficiently during peak lobby hours. Resource and Branch Support - Act as the branch lending resource and step in to de-escalate member issues when leadership is away. Exercise approval authority for overrides and maintain compliance with security and lending policies. Assist with operational branch controls, including vault balancing, cash ordering, and audits. Required qualifications for the position include : High school diploma or GED equivalent. 3-5 years of consumer lending experience in a financial institution. NMLS required. Strong working knowledge of federal regulatory compliance, including

BSA/AML, USA PATRIOT

Act, OFAC, Right to Financial Privacy Act, and Bank Bribery Act. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and remote collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom). Bilingual language skills (preferred).

Pay Rate Range :

23.22 - $26.39 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
