San Diego, CA Compensation:
$22.00 - $25.00 an hour, plus incentives Actual compensation within this range will be determined by factors including experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and other job-related considerations permitted by law.

Accurately process a variety of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, wire transfers, and more. Resolve member questions and provide personalized support. Educate members on digital banking tools and services that make managing finances easier. Build Relationships & Identify Financial Solutions Open new accounts and assist members with a variety of financial products. Process and fund consumer loan applications. Conduct meaningful conversations to understand members' needs and recommend beneficial solutions. Make follow-up calls to ensure member satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities to help. Contribute to branch sales and service goals through consultative conversations and referrals. Support Branch Operations Balance cash drawers and assist with end-of-day branch balancing activities. Prepare account and loan documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain strong knowledge of Mission Fed products, services, policies, and procedures. Protect member information and uphold security standards at all times. Be a Team Leader Share best practices and mentor Tellers and USR I team members. Participate in branch meetings, sales initiatives, community events, and business development activities. Collaborate with teammates to create an exceptional member experience. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Consumer loan processing experience Cash-handling experience Sales or cross-selling experience Symitar experience Preferred Qualifications Cash handling experience. Sales or cross-selling experience. Experience in a retail banking or credit union environment. Familiarity with Symitar.
