Implementation Operations Representative - I

Job Description

If you are hired to this position, you will be employed by Magnit Global. You will not be employed by City National Bank. The Opportunity This colleague will be responsible for setting up business clients on various Treasury Management systems implementations and providing a variety of daily support functions (e.g., reconciling accounts, processing monetary transactions for checks and return items, etc.) and maintenance on their accounts. Responsibilities generally include, but are not limited to, setting up new accounts, researching and resolving client issues, processing transactions (e.g., return items, overdrafts, adjustments, remittance, etc.), identifying and troubleshooting systems-related problems and ensuring operational integrity of accounts and processes consistent with Bank policies and procedures and legal/regulatory requirements. Performs other duties as requested. The Responsibilities Set up business clients on various Treasury Management systems implementations. Provide daily support functions such as reconciling accounts and processing monetary transactions for checks and return items. Perform maintenance on client accounts. Set up new accounts and research and resolve client issues. Process transactions including return items, overdrafts, adjustments, and remittance. Identify and troubleshoot systems-related problems. Ensure operational integrity of accounts and processes in compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and legal/regulatory requirements. Perform other duties as requested. The Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of client service experience required. Minimum 3-5 years of treasury handling experience required. Minimum 3-5 years of basic computer experience required (e.g., MS Word and Excel). Experience in data entry, bookkeeping, and spreadsheet management. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Bank personnel and clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and client service skills. Knowledge of bank policies and procedures. PC skills preferred. Banking experience is preferred but not required. High school diploma or degree required. This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $30.00/hour - $37.00/hour
