We're seeking an experienced Banker to join a relationship-focused branch where exceptional customer service and community banking are a priority. Responsibilities
- Open and service consumer and business accounts
- Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist clients with account maintenance and banking solutions
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Build and deepen long-term client relationships Support branch sales, referral, and growth goals
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and BSA requirements
- Support daily branch operations and team objectives Qualifications
- 3+ years of banking experience in a retail/community banking environment
- Teller and new account opening experience
- Hands-on experience opening consumer and business accounts
- Strong sales, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to identify needs and deepen client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, energetic, and customer-focused
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude Must live within a reasonable commute of the branch Preferred
- Experience with CDs, IRAs, Trust Accounts, and business banking
