What You'll Do As a Retail Banker, you will: Build strong customer relationships through outstanding customer service Open and maintain consumer deposit accounts Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, and digital banking services Address account maintenance requests, including address changes and fraud-related inquiries Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidentially Support branch operations while contributing to a positive team environment Maintain accuracy and compliance with bank policies and procedures

Qualifications Required:

1-3 years of customer-facing service experience, preferably in banking, retail, or financial services Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office, online banking platforms, and mobile applications Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Dependable attendance and flexibility to work rotating Saturdays Commitment to Dieterich Bank's core values of
