Your primary responsibilities will go beyond answering questions
- you'll actively identify opportunities to recommend products and services tailored to each member's financial goals.
Bilingual Member Experience Representative III:
Provide members and potential members with personal, informed, prompt, professional and accurate service and support through various channels including phone, e-mail, chat, and video calls in English and Spanish. Meet and exceed all Credit Union service standards with each member interaction. Process member transactions and documents with no errors Develop and maintain knowledge of all relevant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Some of the things we look for in a Bilingual Member Experience Representative III are: At least 12 months of relevant experience. Ability to provide top notch service with every member interaction, including the ability to communicate promotions effectively. Previous sales experience and proven success in this environment. One to twelve months of similar or related experience. A high school education or GED. Ability to navigate/operate a PC in a Windows based system with ease.Compensation & Benefits:
