What You Need:
Excellent Customer Service skills High school diploma with college degree preferred
What You'll Do:
Deliver a satisfying customer experience by fulfilling service requests and providing efficient and accurate transaction processing Present features and benefits of products and services to customers with differing needs Open new deposit accounts and verify process changes to existing accounts using knowledge of sales, products, benefits, account ownership forms and RCB procedures This position offers a 37.5-hour work schedule, designed to be fulfilled within the branch's defined operating hours.
