Fulltime-In Office Position Schedule Monday-Friday (40 hours)
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is $17-$19 per hour, reflecting a good-faith estimate as of the posting date and accounting for the position's responsibilities, level, and location. Actual starting pay will be set at the Bank's discretion and will take into account the candidate's experience, education, skills, certifications, and other relevant factors.
Qualifications:
Phone etiquette and Customer service experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Computer experience preferred Banking experience desirable
Functions:
Provide customers with high quality service by selling bank products and services and/or making appropriate referrals to other bank personnel. Work in a team environment demonstrating enthusiasm, a positive outlook and a professional manner while maintaining confidentiality.
Duties:
Provide world class customer service focused on customer retention, sales and service while answering all inquiries, promoting, and selling products and services and resolving customer problems. Handle inbound/outbound customer contacts - via phone, Banno conversations/secure messaging, and email. Accurately process requests, using computerized systems following bank policies for identification of customers, tracking, gathering information and trouble shooting. Provide deposit and loan information regarding the structure and design of bank products including features/benefits, rates, terms, payment applications, balances, and statements. Maintain a basic understanding of loan, investments, and merchant products in order to refer customers to appropriate bank personnel to help meet referral goals. Complete Argo-Harland Clarke check order/Re-order, Argo- address change/CIF maintenance. Cross-sell bank products over the phone to incoming callers. Be familiar with electronic services products. Exhibit an understanding of common scam and fraud situations and know how to report internally. Investigate and correct errors reported by customers, work with management to report unusual account activity. Perform additional duties, but not limited to debit card maintenance, stop payments, password resets, travel notes, check orders, disputes, etc.
