As a Universal Banker at our Wildwood location, you will help our customers with their everyday banking needs. This role combines personal banker and teller duties to give our customers a smooth, friendly, and helpful banking experience.

Responsibilities:

Open various types of new accounts, including checking, savings, money market, CDs, and IRAs Maintain and update existing customer accounts Respond to customer inquiries and requests Issue debit cards, order checks, and handle wire transfers Assist customers with online banking services and mobile deposit banking Handle a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cash advances, loan payments, and check cashing Comply and stay up to date with bank policies, procedures and banking regulations Solid understanding of guidelines for fraud prevention and security awareness Additional duties, as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum one (1) year of banking experience required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Strong computer skills and comfort with banking regulations Must be able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays Lindell Bank is committed to providing personalized service to individuals, families and businesses throughout the St. Louis area.
