Deposit Operations Clerk Sand Springs, OK
LOCATION
BancFirst, Sand Springs 301 E 2 nd St Sand Springs, OK 74063 HOURS Full Time 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
M-F ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process daily unposted items & NSFs Review and track overdrawn and charged-off accounts Review daily reports of customer level maintenance for validity and correctness while ensuring receipt of supporting documentation Review new account documentation for adherence to regulatory and/or legal requirements and bank policy Review Monetary Instrument Reports for completeness and accuracy and send necessary changes to the Support Center Daily reporting of Teller Over and Short Daily Branch Reconciliation packet Research and work with branch to clear processing and cash adjustments Review & verify wires on GFX Daily Wire Log Process subpoenas Process collections Work with branch personnel to clear documentation exceptions on new or revised accounts Monitor accounts for compliance with the USA Patriot Act performing necessary steps to maintain compliance Review Large Items Consistent execution of policies and procedures Process and pay branch accounts payable Review, file and maintain daily reports; purge files according to policy Regulation

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of legal requirements for account documentation preferred Detailed understanding of BancFirst products and services Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude Customer service oriented Critical thinking skills Excellent work ethic Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see and hear Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday Long periods of typing and repetitive motion Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds Hometown service, statewide strength.
